Implementation of trade provisions immediately

Trade provisions of the Stabilization and Association Agreement, which make about 80 per cent of the text, shall be applied immediately after signing of the Agreement, without waiting for the document's entering into force.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it shall be possible because the temporary agreement on trade provisions between Montenegro and the EU shall enter into force. Montenegro expect completion of the negotiations on the SAA by the end of the year, which shall enter into force most probably in the first quarter of 2007, since it has to pass the technical procedure. ]]>Podgorica, 29.10.2006.
