BILATERAL RELATIONS AND REGIONAL COOPERATION

Active international policy and openness to cooperation allowed Montenegro to normalize and improve relations with its neighbors and all key factors in Europe and in the world in a relatively short period of time. On that basis, Montenegro established institutional framework of cooperation with a certain number of countries when it opened its missions abroad and accepted opening of foreign missions in Montenegro.
